Smile with your eyes

I think I watched one episode, but she talked about smizing; I suspect she mentioned it on every episode.

Took me a hot second to realise there must be a breed of horse called Friesian.
Coming from rural England, Friesian to me is synonymous with cows.

The mental image of a guy in full Arab get-up riding a cow is a fun one to be conjured up.

Here’s a Friesian horsie:

You can see why a good rider would fancy a turn.

I was quite happy to think of it being a cow without even looking for further explanation. Who not a cow? Why horses and not cows? what do we do with all the cows when everyone goes vegan? Bigger questions over here.

Matthew Inman of The Oatmeal is a national treasure.

I’m about 50% Frisian, but am pretty sure I’m not a centaur or a semi-cow. Frisians can be people, too, hailing from the Dutch province of Friesland. Incidentally, Frisian - the language - is more closely related to English than to Dutch, as historically Friesland bordered on the regions where the Angles, Saxons and Jutes who invaded Britain came from.
