Yeah yeah anarcho-Libertarianism. Whatever. The one thing this absolutely fails to take into consideration is that there may be ZERO PROFIT MOTIVE for a genuinely appropriate governmental service, in which case, you tell me how the private sector is better-equipped to handle it than the public sector? We certainly know that the price of drugs and healthcare services is dramatically higher in the USA than in many other (all other?) countries with significantly more socialized healthcare systems, including many countries with better health outcomes than the US healthcare system provides.
