I’ve seen that on a local menu, like a dare or something. I know eventually I am going to try it.

You should try everything eatable thats not likely to kill you. But there is a hint hidden in that sentence. :wink:

There is also, from the many many variations of tofu, a fermented tofu (sufu). I can recommend that one.
