Indeed. These days we just have ones and zeros and must simply dig it all.

I really must confess rendering sound down to one or less leaves me saddened and distressed, given veritable impression capturing nuance and expression is now considered so old hat. Yet that code that we compute just leaves me cold - but I salute it with a singularly raised middle finger. Dig that.
