Thongs/Flipflops are not shoes. They are sole covers. Please change the title to “Young man is developing an ElectroSole to zap would-be criminals and signal for local authorities.” I feel this is more accurate headline.
He says that no one forgets to wear shoes. They may forget to wear their ElectroSoles though.
