Start with the offered $1 million USD and multiply it by all the things which could go wrong, the first of which is a likely police fishing expedition and the very last of which is the police following the money after the event and asking you how you paid for that new boat or whatever.
Looks like the russian speaking patsy was a little too smart to be involved in this scam.
