This is timely, so to speak, since I just recently re-read A Wrinkle In Time. I first read it when I was eight or nine, and didn’t really get it. I even skipped the rest of the books in the series, even though it seemed like everyone I knew was reading them at the time.
I don’t know why it didn’t resonate with me at the time, and I’m sorry I didn’t go back to it a couple of years later, because it’s the sort of book I would have enjoyed the hell out of as a teenager.
They have those in Old Town Pasadena. Or New Town Pasadena. Yet-To-Be-Built Town Pasadena? Hm. Not really sure what to call it.
