It’s hard to beat a live acoustic performance version. Playing the multi-instrumental composition on a single guitar is a virtuoso performance.

No idea (I tend to post the link whenever the album comes up), but I got it a few years ago and it’s a great history of the album, what they were attempting to accomplish, and how it ended up with Shkreli, etc… it also details the contract.
