Washington Heights, Brooklyn Heights would be fine. Most of Manhattan above 110th really. However, the trains are going to be a pain in teh ass from then on.

Write Hoboken off though, it used to be an island and is going to be in serious trouble sooner than the rest of the region.

I wanted to add that I’m flattered your example for that is a link to one of my posts. :smiley: In truth, though, I think the only really great idea I have is the same thing I tell deniers: that we should start by listening to the people who think about these problems as their actual vocation.

I was curious to see it visualized, but the only thing i could find was this:

basically the stuff in green is in danger, the darker the green the more the danger, and yellow has about 100yrs of breathing room under current predictions, and the pink purple is totally in the clear.

At least that was my understanding of the numbers.
