Except that, pretty much everywhere except for the US, it is illegal to go around declaring an intent to forcibly subjugate or eliminate segments of the population. And the stockpiling of weaponry is rightfully seen as an aggravating factor in that crime.
Most of those countries are no more tyrannical than the USA; many of them are substantially less so. The idea that the USA is a world leader of “freedom” was always horseshit, but it is blatantly absurd in the era of Trump.
It is also noteworthy that US citizens are routinely persecuted for speech acts…so long as they are not wealthy and white. See the history of the Black Panthers, or the IWW, or 21st century Muslim America, or…
The meme of “we must always tolerate aggressive right-wing extremism for the sake of Freedom™️” is nothing more than a hypocritical shield for the maintenance of white supremacy.
