Someone told me about the truly decadent Sedecordle: 16 Wordles at the same time, with 21 lines to solve them all in.
I figured I’d do two extra starter words, taking the first 5 lines and covering virtually all letters of the alphabet, and then I was able to pick the words off one by one, knowing I had 16 tries to get all 16.
Tried some new starting words. I think I should try and cover all the vowels with my starters… at least that would have been better for today’s quordle.
Still luck. There were several words that fit the bill once I had the last three. Once I had two I got lucky getting the third. I think I’ll quit reading all the best strategy stories because there isn’t one.
My wife asked for help when she had the same 3 letters as you. Can you give me a hint? Not without giving it away. I just told her to start plugging in first letters and see if it comes to you.
She got it on the 5th guess. I’m better at word games but a lot of times she gets it before me and a lot of times when I fail she gets it. She’s better at visualizing what words fit. I have a horrible memory so words don’t always come to me.
A half hour from now if we start talking about it I’ll have to go back to the website to remember what the word was.
First Quordle in six! Same strategy as usual - two random starters without overlapping letters (FORCE and SPLIT today). In this case, they gave me all I needed for the two lower words, and then some luck for the upper ones.
Daily Quordle #31
Welp, that’s my ration of positive feelings for today, back to being horrified by the state of the world.
