Really struggled with the last one for some reason.

Oof, found this one hard today.
Luckily by the fifth row I had figured out enough that I couldn’t really make a mistake, it was just a question of working out what damn word could possibly work with what I had. That took too long.

I wish the game would let you enter in spaces so you could see the letters you know in their positions so you could stare at it until something clicks

If I’m still getting the word it hasn’t gotten harder. But there have only been 4 puzzles since NYT took it over and those words have not been hard at all or obscure.
I think today’s word might apply to the author of that story.

BB just had a post saying some words had been removed from the game’s database.

I’ve tried Quordle twice now. It has me banging my head against the wall a lot faster than standard Wordle.

I’ve learned to use a different strategy for Quordle. Instead of one or two starter words, I do at least 3, to lock down as many letters in all of the sections as possible before starting to work on them individually.

Yeah I just tried it for the first time. I put one word in, kind of looked it over and was like… nah, nevermind, this gives me anxiety just looking at it. I only want to work on one word at a time.

The random guess function in Absurdle might not be so random, as it just gave me TRUMP followed by TOWER.

Looks like Quordle just now added “Buy me a coffee” and Patreon, to help with the costs of its existence.
Your post was the one that finally got me to try Quordle yesterday 
I’m glad they have Practice ones, or it would have taken me days to get the hang of it.
I really like it! More fun.
