Fantastic movie, but… damn. 
If people really want to be miserable, they should do a double bill with Come and See… But both are deeply effective anti-war films. Unlike so many films out of hollywood that try and fail.

The film was originally released as a double-feature with Totoro following it. There should be a legal requirement that Totoro is always available and queued up when Fireflies ends
