Cocteau’s 1946 movie La Belle et la Bête is quite a treat. If you watch it, keep in mind that many of the effects are original to that movie, so though they may look commonplace (or even hokey) to a modern viewer, they were remarkable for the time.
How can you tell if someone doesn’t like Disney?
Don’t worry; they’ll tell you.
The Haunted Mansion was always one of my favorite rides at Disney World, but for some reason I don’t remember ever going to the Enchanted Tiki Room. I can’t figure out how I missed it, and the more I read about it the more I think I need to go back and visit it.
I love both attractions. It’s fun seeing some of their similarities and reading about their creative histories.
