Just thought I’d mention the tribute album to Nebraska Badlands https://www.discogs.com/release/1690518-Various-Badlands-A-Tribute-To-Bruce-Springsteens-Nebraska

my favorite Springsteen album, too. a movie about it will be must-watch for me, for sure. But didn’t he just record most of it in his bedroom or something?

Yeah my favorite album of his too, and I thought it was recorded completely solo on a Tascam four track in a sad motel…

Pretty much, CBS Sunday Morning did a thing on that not too long ago.
I go back and forth between this one and Darkness as my favorites.
I saw Springsteen several times in the 80’s and 90’s, but haven’t since then.

I recently read a book about the making of Nebraska… Can’t remember the title/author, though.

EDIT: It was Deliver Me From Nowhere: The Making of Bruce Springsteen’s Nebraska, by Warren Zanes (of the Del Fuegos and author of a Tom Petty bio)
