I guess that’s why they’re selling them for only $40-50k a pop. Even though they’re tiny, that’s a steal for a Tokyo apartment. The only explanation was that they’re in a shitty location.
If I owned that building I would paint each cube a different bright color and turn it into a LEGO building.
