I could definitely imagine one of the capsules with the original furnishings in the Victoria and Albert or the Smithsonian’s Cooper Hewitt.
edited to add: Probably just the internals. The concrete box itself would just make it more expensive to ship.

Fast glance it looks like a lot of dirty washing machines. Bit of scrubbing and a coat of paint will have it back in shape.

The damning word here is “asbestos”. Japan is facing an entire 40-year legacy of asbestos used throughout the postwar building boom. Companies are refusing to remediate properties, so it falls to the government.
