Speaking as a HARD CORE fan, Malkmus is so under-recognised as a guitar player. His Jicks albums were a great continuation from Pavement, but the band’s records together - there were nothing like them before or since.

Yeah, I’d find an exhibit about actual pavement far more interesting than an exhibit about the band Pavement.
