Big Spork strikes again. Wake up sheeple!
Personally, I prefer Big Boggle which has a 5x5 grid. You tend to get longer words and so it rewards a bigger vocabulary a bit more.
Hmm, blank dies are easy to get, and I have sharpies, how much do you think a “forbidden words” enhanced version would go for? All the dies have “f” and “K” on them, and lots of other more interesting characters.
What did they have against funk?

Officially, we don’t know — Parker Brothers has never made an official statement on the matter (or I missed it).
But there’s another reason why this change may have happened — and again, this is pure speculation (but I think you’ll agree)
