This was wonderful to watch!
This makes me think of my mom. Same war, same general area (the Pacific theater), and long friendships with three other Army nurses. They even added “-ie” to their names!
Sigh. It’s been 10 years and I still miss my amazing mom.

I’m not sure why I’m not crying and I think that these two people have been so lucky to have each other it makes me smile.
My impulse is to be critical of the way their story is presented but I am enriched by hearing their story.
