That show got a lot of love from people working in radio IRL. The episode about the Ratings Book is considered the most accurate depiction to how its treated.

One of my favorite sitcoms of all time.

Apparently my memory is faulty: VF was its own company, according to this page.

They also made Michael Jackson turntables and Walkman-like tape players, along with a Fonz radio shaped like a jukebox.

AFAIK, no relation to the Vanity Fair that, until a few years ago, used to own Lee Jeans (now enshittified).
