How about we go the HP Lovecraft route? The orderly universe was created by accident by an almighty, mindless chaos being that doesn’t have the capability to interact or even care about its creation (except that it might be drawn back into its creation by crazy cultists who want to see the creator’s chaotic glory for… reasons?).
