They hope to make a story that tackles the work issues of 2018, including the wage gap, sexual harassment in the workplace, shifting technology, and outsourcing.
As much as I love that movie, I’ll prepare to be depressed at how little has changed for women since the first one. If anything, those last two points seem to have made things much worse for workers today. Maybe the sequel title will reflect that people rarely feel off the clock now!
