Who did this? It sort of has Ralph Bakshi vibes, but probably not him. I do like those weird 70s animation styles.

It’s in the video description. The animation is by Overton Loyd, who also did the drawings associated with the original albums. (So what happened to Pedro Bell, I wonder?)
