Tom the Dancing Bug, IN WHICH aliens invade our verdant sphere, and we must work together to do one simple thing to expel them
i really appreciate the pointed zinger that the U.S. is an afterthought to the rest of the world. “…ohhh yeahhhhh… whatever happened to those guys?”
I’d say that about sums it up.
I enjoy all of these comics, but this one is the most spot-on I’ve seen in a while.
That which does not destroy you, leaves you weaker for the next thing that comes along to destroy you.
It’s funny because it’s real! Too real. Way, way too real.
We all need to be careful with those flowers - they’ll compromise the purity of our precious bodily fluids!
Good stuff, but would be more accurate if wearing the flower also protected the other citizens around you.
I was thinking about this basic premise earlier this month after stumbling upon an airing of “Independence Day”. In the movie, patriotic Americans band together to fight the aliens for the good of their fellow citizens and all of humanity. Meanwhile, in real life, all the “patriots” I see on social media would be scrambling to disable our defenses and inviting the aliens into our base for lunch.
I’m suspicious that Bolling is actually a deity, and has been largely responsible for determining how 2020 has been going. There’s too much confluence between his cartoons and reality recently…
I’m going to start growing some flowers now in anticipation of the Alien invasion.
you mean, like GODMAN!
Godman is helping Ruben Bolling?
When I saw Independence Day, some people cheered in the theatre when they blew up the White House.
I was rolling in the aisles when this happened in “2012” (I’m not certain that was the expected reaction)
A lot of flowers come from China.
I think I laughed when I wasn’t supposed to be laughing through most of 2012.
