For a second I thought it was going to eschew the ol’ mushroom cloud in favor of some sort of ascension into space, but of course not.

I wonder how much was storyboarded and how much was casually improvised?

I found the pairing amazing from concept to action. Each bead is such a tiny thing as is each tabla tap. To sustain the production–and the narrative–for 5 1/2 minutes is mindboggling.
