This $50 kit has everything you need to start filming your own content from home
That’s a really, really good deal on a kit that includes a smartphone.
Hang on, where’s the Lovense Lush?
And of course, she’s shooting vertical video. < sigh >
Like a true “pro,” all right.
Yeah, that used to be a big no no back when people shot on phones and we mostly watched on computer screens that are all horizontally oriented, and when we did watch on phones oriented vertically YouTube wouldn’t play full frame. That’s changed now and 16:9 vertically oriented is often better for a shot of a single person filling the frame talking than a wide screen shot showing a bunch of stuff on the sides we don’t need to see. There’s a reason why vertical orientation is called “portrait” and horizontal is called “landscape”.
Wrong. Vertical is always wrong. Turn your phone sideways to watch.
In a cinema I’d agree with you, or for watching Netflix, but for watching what is essentially a portrait on my phone, not so much.
Yeah, but people need to stop doing it for everything.
Well that’s just great. Make it cheaper and easier to be an “influencer”.
The world needs more influencers.
Exceptions:
- Two people videoconferencing from their phones.
- Filming a documentary about giraffes that is intended to be viewed on mobile devices.
And especially
- Two giraffes video conferencing on their phones
Bungy-jumping?
