$12 phone?
I have just purchased Samsung Keystone2 GT-E1200 “candy bar” regular phone with color screen for 11.73Euro here in Europe. The price included 20% Value Added Tax.
This is Over-the-conuter, regular, non-sale, non-contract unlocked-phone price.
