Is there a sort of cushion that does not collapse in on itself when you sit down? Aside from ones made of rocks or similar?
Put a timer on your phone or computer and get up frequently, every fifteen minutes to an hour, before you by a pricey pillow. Or try a cheap pillow to sit on, or a cheap pillow behind you or rolled up towels.
