That story made me cringe all the way through. Had not heard that one before.
I laughed and then felt like an arsehole because that must have hurt.

I love that also the phrase “Uganda Air Force” looks over impressed over the chopper images. I’d like to imagine that it is because they were so low budget that they were not allowed to modify the helicopter prop (probably just a cardboard cutout)

No dissing cardboard cut-outs! The background fighterss in the Yavin hangar in Star Wars were cardboard cutouts, as were many of the soldiers on the beach in Dunkirk.
