This pigeon is protecting her baby kitten and will attack if you come near her

The kitten is probably the one who will find the ‘Milk’ on offer to be a bit troubling.

(“The milk is produced by a sloughing of fluid-filled cells from the lining of the crop, a thin-walled, sac-like food-storage chamber that projects outward from the bottom of the esophagus.” One can only assume that nestlinglings who refer to dinner as ‘coughing pus’ are shoved out to die and chalked up to mockingbird attacks.)

Everyone worried about the pigeon’s future should recall the tale of the kitten and the crow:

That cat was already much bigger than the kitten in the pigeon video and showed no signs of eating it or playing too rough. The pigeon will be fine.
