Reminds me of some Mac <—> PC networking and file sharing apps I used back in the early 1990s.
The THUD sound used throughout is also so hilarious.

THUD
Oh no! I sent him my diary!
Edit: FYI this is @ 4:10
I read an anecdote, back in the day, of a frustrated Amiga engineer writing up the “protocols” for copying a file onto a disk and then carrying the disk, by hand, to the intended recipient.
I don’t recall if the protocols were ever submitted to management at Commodore, though by the time of the anecdote, that once proud and innovative company was already doomed by a management culture that could no longer see beyond their own next paycheck.
Nicely done, especially the music, narration, and cheesy gee-whiz writing. Classic 80s.
The THUD sound made me laugh out loud every time I heard it.
Who could possibly need to transfer 10 MB of files!
The sound is kind of goofy.
When the first Macintosh appeared without a floppy disk, dropbox like services did appear to provide storage services.
