I went to hear Chris Brown read from his latest, Rule of Capture, at Austin’s BookPeople bookstore, and wow was it sharp, funny and completely predictive of where we are going, as a nation, in days, maybe minutes.

You owe it to yourself if you prefer to laugh to keep from crying. Go hear Mr. Brown read from this book, which I galloped through on first read. Fun! (Looking forward to that second read as soon as I finish my first read Fall, or Dodge in Hell by Neal Stephenson.)

Btw, Mr. Brown’s based out of Austin right now, so yo ATX reprezent!
