At 9M views it seems like prime clickbait material, but it’s also 48 minutes of earnest, uncompressed, slow confessional about why we work, burnout, and the limits of modern US medicine.

Worth it for what it is, but you would definitely skip over it if you were flipping around Netflix and not YouTube.
