No one admits to leaving the door open, which allowed it to slip out unnoticed. The signs they posted in the neighborhood haven’t led to any calls. They told NASA that it has gone to visit a lovely farm where it will always have other tomatoes to play with.
Surely the tomato would be rotten by this time. Would have been better that he did eat it (and why shouldn’t he?)
