Man, just watch the wind in that video. Dune in the background, sand ripples near the speakers, wind blowing towards camera. It’ll be buried in no time.
I read it as some local dude thinking “sweet, free solar batteries, and sound system…”.
(which is what I’d admittedly be thinking if this showed up in one of my favorite local quiet places…)
