Are Rittenhouse and Roof up on federal charges, or state? If not federal then no pardon.
I believe Roof faced federal charges. I think Rittenhouse is an ongoing state investigation/charges.

The Ratfucker didn’t get much air-time in the TV series.
Wikipedia thinks Rittenhouse is a state level investigation.
Dylann Roof has both state and federal charges. Federal courts sentenced him to death, South Carolina also tried him and gave him 9 life without parole sentences.
Trump can prevent his execution but cannot free him from jail.
Edit: And fuck il douche for being enough of a shitheel that I felt it worthwhile to look this up.
