The CIA should be limited to gathering intelligence. Every operation like this fails, but they never learn. They should be called the Counterproductive Intelligence Agency.
War with Syria, war with Venezuela, war with Iran, war with Korea.

“Planning is essential. Plans are useless.”
Trump has been almost continuously talking about invading Venezuela as well.
