That, and he likely has militia fantasies that don’t take into account that in a civilian context, guns are highly regulated in Switzerland. Also, the assault rifle and ammunition that reservists are issued are regularly inspected. If it’s been fired without authorization, you’re in deep shit.

Not to mention the traditional way of getting into Switzerland is over the Alps after your family has distracted the Nazi guards by singing Austrian folk songs.
But then again, there’s a non-zero probability this guy didn’t agree with that movie’s ending.
