Flooding is not an issue.
The Long Tom river has turtles. On the river’s banks & meadows tortoises flourish. To answer your question about flooding – well…that’s a philosophical question. My favorite theory is it’s turtles all the way down…that and reinforced concrete, photons & forcefields.
