Let’s team with e.g. the ecoactivists or other prime targets. Give them honeypots, audit their electronics for exchange for them serving, by their nature, as sort-of agent provocateurs (or, surveillance bait).
Could also bring some money from the bug/zeroday bounties that many companies have.
