It’s a train in the UK- Specifically a Great Western Inter-city train.
Pack of walkers crisps nails it down to the UK, then the combination of grey seat moquette plus the green stripe near the ceiling with the seat indicators makes it a GWR 800 or 802.

Also, there’s a cute dog.
