‘fallacy’ - I see what you did there
I’m think Harry Enfield could do well in a Bela Lugosi biopic.
I remember watching a television documentary based on the book, “Hollywood Babylon”, which mentioned the unfortunate tale of a movie executive beaten to death with an Art-Deco Lead Dildo. Life, eh, pretty weird…
Barry the Baptist: Hello son, would you like a lolly?
Little Chris: Piss off, you nonce!
the willingness to bother stand up to the corporations and do what they do with the rest of the Constitution, i.e. interpret it so as to get the desired result.
I just noticed your nick. I’m glad someone else likes e e cummings.
Same here & I am in the UK!
Thank you, it was meant to be, just like idiots carrying weapons on a university campus.
Could’ve sworn that porn told me it was the other way around…
EDIT:
Dammit, posted the comment while more were loading and someone already said that…
Please be a squirt gun.
Are “Strap-ons”
Considered
“Assault Dildos”?
Only if they’re fully-automatic.
One: The constitution guarantees the right to form an organized, armed citizen militia, which is not /remotely/ what’s being suggested here
Two: It also guarantees people the right to pursue happiness, which is the entire purpose of sex toys.
i am glad the students for concealed carry are openly supporting the dildo carry - under first amendment http://www.ammoland.com/2015/10/cocks-not-glocks-antis-bring-dildos-to-college/#axzz3oNMsHfPh
"Michael Newbern, assistant director of public relations for Students for Concealed Carry, commented, “If carrying a phallus to class is how you want to make your point, that is an exercise of First Amendment rights, and a public college has no right to impede it.”
I wish people would stop saying the Constitution guarantees the right to bear arms, period. The Constitution was only read that way In 2008, more than 200 years after the Bill of Rights was written, and it was read that way by only a 5 to 4 majority.
One: The militia at the time was comprised of citizens, and therefore the right to bear arms extended to all citizens.
Two: The Declaration of Independence contains the phrase “Pursuit of happiness”, not the Constitution.
Why not? In the 18th century it was citizen farmers.
Because college students going to classes are not a “well organized militia.” They aren’t trained, ready to fight an invader, etc. etc. They’re students going to classes.
So what? The Constitution means whatever the Supreme Court interprets it to mean. As has been pointed out, it is only 5-4 the way you want to read it.
But don’t ever dare a Bilbo.
It guarantees the states rights to form a militia, not an individual right. And congress has the authority to call up the militia in case of invasion or insurrection. The Second Amendment provides the means by which Congress can put down groups like Tea Party in case of rebellion.
