This, along with all the other reversals of the former regime’s policies by Biden, is great. We should bear in mind, though, that if action by the executive branch is the main way these matters will be handled then they can just as easily be reversed again by a future Know-Nothing regime. Trans people deserve to have this restoration enshrined in law as well as presidential policy.

Good for now, but my faith in an America that sees me as human with rights and protections pretty much evaporated at the beginning of the Trump administration. All it takes is one more asshole and we are back to bans and state sanctioned discrimination.
