YouTube only wanted to provide me with a 1280x720 video, but it turns out you can use youtube-dl to grab the 4K file:

To list formats:
youtube-dl -F https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gzkB574jivA

Grab a higher resolution:
youtube-dl -f 266 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gzkB574jivA

(That’s video only, if you want audio you need to grab it separately)
