Sadly it’s been denuded of authorship and context at Reddit and I couldn’t find it anywhere else.
not a whole lot more detail, but it appears that it’s one of a few videos from a youtube channel called “Tech Bar”

Glorious! Occasionally we have the opportunity to have taiko drummers perform locally. I love getting the look at how the huge bass drums are made. When they are played inside, the ceiling tiles chatter; outside, the sound carries for not quite miles, but on that order.
