I’ve seen Prince Achmed several times on TCM in the past year or so, and its is quite good. Winsor McKay, however, is the cream of the early animators, and is an indispensable founding figure in the world of comics as well.

Recommend seeing it with the recent score by Morricone Youth which I learned about through WFMU.
