Curfew is also standard procedure now for suppressing peaceful protest. Step 1: declare curfew; Step 2: declare protest a riot; Step 3: start gassing and breaking heads.
I never excused anything, but combined with the rest of the FAQ, it does excuse the gas station owner and Mr. Stallings from curfew as they were allowed to be the parking lot. It also excuses Mr. Stallings for firing back since the government communication didn’t say that police would attack anyone outside without identifying themselves first, including people legally at a privately owned business.
Maybe it means “shouldn’t be Tazed because of a resistance less than 100Ω”?
I mean, as well as “we’re too busy researching ways of hurting people at a distance to hire copy-editors”.
