I see where you’re going there, with the rhyming slang an’ all but, as I recall, his surname was robinson or something equally three-syllabled.
I think the fact that he wasn’t that tall, was about as broad as he was high, and wore shit-quality blue suits that made him look like some sort of packaging material, hence “cardboard box”, albeit with a little tiny head sticking out the top!
