Oh, I’ll totally agree with you there!
If there are two lines each way on a divided highway, those with Wisconsin license plates will (often) drive right next to each other for a half an hour or more, never adjusting speed so as to provide a way to get past them.
What frightens me is there is almost no means to ban such people from driving permanently.
Even people who have killed multiple times rarely lose driving privileges permanently.
